Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal at delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for any reshipment costs or the order may be refunded minus original shipping fees.
Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, the poster, and the packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, check around your property and with neighbors first. If still not found, contact us and your carrier so we can investigate further.
